Consignment

Sell Your Classic Car With Confidence

Selling a classic car takes more than posting an ad. It takes thoughtful presentation, knowledgeable answers, and time to work with prospective buyers. Cowboy Consignment helps owners sell classic cars, muscle cars, and specialty vehicles with personal attention and straightforward communication.

Based in South Fort Worth, we bring hands-on experience restoring, buying, and selling enthusiast vehicles to the process. Whether you’re making room in your collection or moving on from a longtime favorite, you’ll work directly with owner Andrew Allen from the first conversation through the sale.

We Handle the Details. You Make the Decisions.

We begin by discussing your vehicle’s condition, history, and your selling goals, then agree on an asking price and consignment terms. From there, we handle detailing, high-quality photography, marketing, buyer inquiries, and showings.

Our 8,000-square-foot facility provides space to present your vehicle and meet with prospective buyers. We keep you informed, bring offers to you for review, and answer buyers’ questions along the way. You decide whether to accept an offer, without having to manage every message and appointment yourself.

Our Grand Opening Special

To celebrate opening our doors, we’re offering a flat $500 commission, paid only if your vehicle sells. Detailing, high-quality photography, and up to three months of marketing are included at no additional charge.

Any requested repairs, restoration work, or project-management services are discussed and priced separately, with your approval before work begins.

Collection Management

More Time Enjoying Your Collection. Less Time Managing It.

Keeping a collection organized takes more than finding a place to park. Maintenance schedules, service records, specialist appointments, and outstanding repairs all need attention. Cowboy Consignment helps classic and collector car owners manage those details through personal service and knowledgeable coordination.

Whether you own a few weekend favorites or a larger collection, we work with you to establish priorities, organize records, and coordinate the services your vehicles need. You’ll have a direct point of contact who understands your cars and keeps you informed about upcoming work and decisions.

Support Tailored to Your Vehicles

Collection management can include maintenance scheduling, coordination with repair shops and detailers, service-record organization, and agreed vehicle checks and updates. We can also help organize preparation for a vehicle’s sale when it is time to make a change.

Each arrangement is built around your vehicles, their locations, and the level of support you need. We agree on the scope and fees before work begins, with outside services and expenses approved separately.

Project Management

A Clearer Plan for Your Classic Car Project

A restoration or custom build involves more than choosing parts and finding a shop. It takes clear priorities, organized information, and consistent communication. Cowboy Consignment helps owners coordinate classic-car projects with hands-on automotive knowledge and a practical approach to keeping the work organized.

Whether you’re planning a new build, taking over an unfinished project, or trying to understand what remains to be done, we help establish the next steps and keep you informed as the work progresses.

Know What Is Happening and What Comes Next

Our involvement can include reviewing the vehicle and available records, organizing the scope of work, communicating with specialist shops, documenting progress, and tracking approved work and spending. We help identify outstanding questions and bring decisions to your attention before they become overlooked details.

You remain in control of your budget and approvals. Your or Our chosen specialist(s) perform the restoration work, while Cowboy provides coordination, documentation, and a consistent point of contact.

Start With a Project Review

We begin by discussing your goals and reviewing the project’s current condition and documentation. From there, we can recommend a defined assessment or an ongoing management arrangement based on the support you need.

Inspections & Appraisals

Pre-Purchase Inspections & Appraisals Through AAG

Understanding a vehicle’s condition and value is an important part of buying and owning a collector car. Through Andrew Allen’s work with Auto Appraisal Group, pre-purchase inspections and appraisal services are available to help buyers and owners make informed decisions.

Whether you’re considering a purchase or need valuation documentation for an existing vehicle, contact us to discuss your needs and the appropriate AAG service.

Pre-Purchase Inspections

Get a more detailed understanding of a vehicle before committing to a purchase. AAG’s pre-purchase inspection service documents condition and originality through reporting and photographs, with an opportunity to discuss the findings with the inspecting agent.

Vehicle Appraisals

Appraisal services through AAG are available for purposes including insurance coverage, resale, and total-loss valuation. The appropriate service depends on the vehicle and the reason an appraisal is needed. Contact us to discuss the process, scheduling, and a quote through AAG.
